I’m Karen, a certified British Wheel of Yoga teacher based in Barnet, North London, offering tailored yoga classes for beginners, mixed ability practitioners, and advanced students. With a deep passion for yoga’s powerful benefits on both physical and mental wellbeing, I guide students through mindful movement, flexibility, strength, and stress relief.
As a former dancer and dance teacher, movement has always been at the heart of my life, and I love sharing that joy with my students. I firmly believe that yoga is for everyone, whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or have years of practice, yoga is an ongoing journey full of growth and discovery.
