Do I need to bring a mat?
Most students bring their own mat and equipment but I do have spares. Ask me if you need to borrow.
Should I wear special clothing?
Just comfortable clothes that you can easily move in.
How early should I arrive?
It would be great if you can arrive 5 minutes before the start of class but don’t worry if you are running late, life happens!.
Can I drop in or do I need to book?

What if I have injuries?
This is entirely dependent on how you feel and how serious the injury is. I do offer adjustments but please consult your doctor if you aren’t sure.
Are classes suitable during pregnancy?
These aren’t specific pregnancy classes but if you are an experienced student you are welcome to join.
