Throwback to my very first mini yoga retreat at home in Barnet — what an unforgettable day it was!

We began with an uplifting yoga session where everyone challenged themselves (yes, even attempting the splits!). But this retreat was about more than just flexibility, it was filled with laughter, encouragement, and a shared journey of growth.

After yoga, guests enjoyed blissful relaxation through healing massages from the talented Megan. Between treatments, we enjoyed fresh fruit, soothing herbal teas, and delicious homemade date balls (baked by my dad, an absolute crowd pleaser!). To finish the day, we learned a fun dance routine that had everyone smiling and energised – it brought back my days as a professional dancer and teacher.
